Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit paid at the time of booking secures your appointment and can only be refunded in the event that your service provider cancels your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service(s).
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Rescheduling within this window allows you to rebook using the same deposit.
No Call / No Shows will result in the full remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
By booking, you authorize The Medi Esthi Bestie to charge the card on file for:
-Cancellations
-No Call / No Shows
-The scheduled service(s)
